Yue “Jason” Shen, MD was awarded a 1 year research award from the International Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva Association to study the impact of exercise in this congenital heterotopic ossification disease. Jason is a visiting trainee in Orthopedics from Zhejiang University Medical Center, China. He is interested in degenerative disc disease, signaling and progenitor cell biology as they relate to Orthopedic Disease.
